Frequently Asked Questions

All healthcare facilities including hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, dispensaries, veterinary institutions, and pathological laboratories generating biomedical waste need to register with IMA's biomedical waste management system.

Payments are typically made on a quarterly basis. However, new registrations require payment before services commence. Notifications are sent 15 days before due dates.

You will need your medical registration certificate, clinic/hospital address proof, and government-issued ID. The complete list is available on the registration portal.
